Bleach 418 - Decide 20

Chapter 418 is the start of the big fight between Ichigo and Aizen.  After being thrown, Aizen begin to realize Ichigo's power and states that he has given up his reiatsu.  He explain that in exchange for giving up his reiatsu he gained tremendous physical abilities, such as speed, strength, or grip.  He continues to say that these new powers are useless, and begins his attack, flash stepping behind Ichigo.  Ichigo is able to dodge Aizen's attack, the clash leveling the moutain in the backgroud.  Aizen continues his bragging, stating how with his new powers he can shape the face of the Earth with a single swing of his blade.  He then thanks Ichigo for the oppurtunity to go all out with his new powers and attacks again.  This time Ichigo easily block Aizen's attack with his hand, shocking Aizen.  Aizen quite confused, then goes to say Ichigo had momentarily exceed his strength, and resorts to kido.  Aizen then goes to chant Hadou #90, Black Coffin.  As Ichigo is being surrounded by the coffin, he shatters it with his bare hand, stating that Aizen hasn't noticed that he is strong then him, and that the one who actually blew away the mountain was Ichigo and not Aizen.  The chapter ends with Ichigo going on the offensive and striking at Aizen.

So Ichigo seems to have found the upper hand, what do you guys think?

Bleach 417 - Decice 19

The chapter begins with the arrival of Ichigo on the scene.  He is clearly used the time extension to its fullest, as he is shown with his hair grown out, and seems to have gotten taller.  He then thanks his father, and looks in a direction, quickly stating that his sisters are safe.  He continues to tell all their to stay put and not move no matter what.  Taksuki startled when she notices that she can not feel anything from Ichigo.  Aizen then chimes in, and states that he is disappointed.  He tells Ichigo that he can not feel any reiatsu form him and that he failed at evolution.  Gin then looks at Ichigo and is notices a change in his eyes.  Gin is satisfied with this change and states that he can enturst this to him.  Aizen begins speaking again, when Ichigo asks for a change in location.  Aizen states that it is poiintless to ask that and how Ichigo will not be able to do any damage to him.  Just then Ichigo grabs Aizen's face and brings him outside of the town, throwing him into the ground.  Aizen shocked looks at Ichigo, as Ichigo states that hell end this in a single second.

Bleach 416 - Decide 18

This chapter concludes the fight between Gin and Aizen, while also revealing some more background on both of the characters.  It begins with Aizen finsihing off Gin, while explaining that he had previously made a Hougyoku before Urahara, but due to the lack of soul failed in completeing it.  He continues to explain how he then stole Urahara's to feed to his own.  Aizen then states that fear is necessary for evolution, that fear of extiction was the key, and Gin had provided that for him.  He concludes by stabbing Gin through the chest and slamiing him through a building, to where to rest of the charaters are fearfully waiting.  The chapter then flashbacks to when Gin and Rangiku where young, as Gin explains why he first became a shinigami.  It then fades back to present time with Rangiku appearing before the dying Gin.  The cahpter then ends with the entrance of Ichigo carrying his father on his back.  Now let the real fight begin!

Bleach 415 - Decide 17

This chapter show the end of the fight between Gin and Aizen, along with a short flash back.  The chapter shows Gin when he was still young, not even a shinigami yet, watching Aizen receive the Hougyoku from miscellaneous shinigami.  The chapter shifts back to present time, where Gin is able to remove the Hougyoku from Aizen's chest as Aizen falls to the ground with a yell of rage.  Just as Gin is thinking that he had ended it, there is a huge explosion behind him.  A fully healed Aizen appears from the explosion and explains that the Hougyoku is already his whether in him or not and teleports to Gin's side.  Gin then has another flash back of him finding a beaten Mastumoto along with the shinigami who had appeared in the earlier flash back.  The chapter ends with Gin being sliced across his chest, in what seems to be a fatal wound by Aizen.

Naruto 504 – Thank You

There’s really no need for a summary this chapter. We left off last chapter with Minato about to use the Dead Demon Seal to seal part of the Nine-Tails chakra. This chapter just concludes all that. All the stuff in between was just some heartfelt speeches to each other and Naruto. In any case, it was still a pretty good chapter. I was slightly moved after reading. On another matter, Kushina mentioned to Naruto that he should get a girl like herself. I guess the ending may lead to a Naruto x Sakura pairing. Also, now that this flashback arc is done, I wonder how overpowered Naruto is now but I think it’s time things shift over to Sasuke. I really wanna see his new Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. Fairy Tail 194 – I’m Standing Right Here

This chapter continues off with the Dragon Slayer battle. Being at a disadvantage, Gazille tells them to blast their Dragon Roars simultaneously at the Dorma Anim. The power of their combined roar creates a huge explosion but the Dorma Anim was able to escape unscathed by jumping high above the ground and counterattacked the 3 Dragon Slayers. As they lay critically injured, Gazille and Wendy lose hope in being able to defeat the Dorma Anim. However, Natsu continues to fight. Seeing his conviction, Gazille and Wendy regain their motivation. Gazille finds an opening and pins down the Dorma Anim. Unable to move, Natsu tells Wendy to use her Dragon Roar on him. By using the momentum of the spin, Natsu pierces through the Dorma Anim and grabs King Faust. End of chapter. My Thoughts: One thing I found interesting was the picture of all 3 dragons. Most likely, those were Igneel, Metalicana, and Grandine. They looked pretty ugly in my opinion. It was a pretty good battle but nothing different from past arcs. It’s the same where they’re losing and Natsu’s willpower pushes him and everyone else to do better. Well, next chapter will probably focus on Mystogan. It’ll be interesting to see what he does. Bleach 414 - Decide 16

A lot of exciting things happened in this chapter (there will be some spoilers, so be wary)!!!  It begin with the return of Gin after "dealing" with Mastumoto.  Aizen comments on how easily Gin had taken care of her, as he thought she was one who Gin had held a bit more emotions for.  Gin then replies by comparing himself to a snake; being cold, slithering around and eating those who he finds tasty.  The rest of the group realizes that this is their chance and again start to flee.  Gin then asks Aizen what his plan is and how to proceed.  Aizen states that after killing them and hanging their bodies outside the town, they will start to make to "Royal Key".  Gin then continues and states that he will deal with them.  This is where the chapter really gets interesting (spoiler alert if anyone cares). Using his lightening fast speed, Gin then uses Shinsou to attack Aizen stabbing him through the chest.  Gin then reveals the secret on how to evade Aizen's complete hypnosis.  The secret being that one must be touching the blade itself before the hypnosis is active.  He then goes on and states that this took decades to hear that one sentence, and that he was kept in suspense as he watched the Gotei 13 try and combat Aizen when he knew that he was the only one who could kill him.  Aizen says that he knew of this and brought Gin along to see how he intended to take his life.  He then goes on to say that this little wound wont be enough to kill him.  Gin shows Aizen his sword, which has a small crack in it, and states that the missing piece is inside Aizen.  He continues to reveal the true nature of his bankai.  In actuality, it doesn't stretch as far or move as fast, it simply turns to dust for a moment while expanding and contracting.  He then tells Aizen about it's true deadly power, on the inside of the blade is a poison capable of breaking down cells, and that he left that small sliver of dust in Aizen's heart.  Aizen starts to realize the severity of the situation, as Gin tells him to talk fast because he is going to die.  Gin then ends with the command "Kill, Kamishini no Yari" and tells Aizen will die with his long cherished ambition, with a hole in his chest.  The final scene is of Gin standing in front of Aizen, who has a giant hole in his chest (he is missing a significant amount of his upper body), and what looks like the Hogyoku floating in the middle. Naruto 503 – Minato’s Dead Demon Seal

Leaving off from the last chapter where Minato hits Madara with the Rasengan, we see that Madara sustained an injury on his arm. Minato also ended up marking Madara which allowed him to use the Flying Thunder God technique. In that instant, Minato used a contract seal to break Madara’s control over the Nine-Tails. Madara then escapes leaving ominous words of his return one day and regaining the Nine-Tails back in his possession. Meanwhile, the 3rd Hokage’s group had driven out the Nine-Tails from the village. We get to see a young Iruka being protected by his parents. We know how that turns out. We also see a young Kakashi, Guy, and Kurenai being prohibited from fighting the Nine-Tails. Back to the fight with the Nine-Tails, it gets ready to fire another Menacing Ball attack. Luckily, Minato summons Gamabunta to bodyslam the Nine-Tails and use the Flying Thunder God technique to transport the Nine-Tails to where Kushina and Naruto are. Kushina tries to use the last bit of her chakra to drag the Nine-Tails back inside her so they can both die together. However, Minato has another idea. He plans on sealing Kushina’s last remaining bit of chakra inside Naruto along with half of the Nine-Tails chakra with and Eight-Trigrams Seal and the other half of the Nine-Tails chakra will be sealed with Minato using the Dead Demon Seal which will of course, kill Minato as a result. My Thoughts: Another awesome chapter this week. What was interesting this chapter was that Naruto was only given half of the Nine-Tails chakra. I mean, why did Kushina get all the chakra and Naruto has to take half. Was it because Naruto lacked Kushina’s special chakra type? Well, looking at the reasons why the Nine-Tails was sealed in a person in the first place, both purposes are different. Minato wanted Naruto to use the chakra and change the world whereas Kushina was meant to restrain the Nine-Tails inside her. It looks like this flash back is ending soon so we’ll be getting back to Naruto. Be sure to check out our Naruto Thread in the forums.

Bleach 413 - Decide 15

BLEACH 413 DECIDE 15 - The chapter again, quickly shows an exhausted Isshin asking Ichigo to hurry and finish his training.  However this is the only scene of Ichigo's training showed in this chapter.  The main focus is back in Karakura town with Taksuki and crew.  Taksuki, Don, and Asano returning to find Mizuiro and Honshou.  The two group start exchanging on the current situation, when they feel Azien's reiatsu and try to escape, only to be cut off by Aizen.  After a few futile attemps on Aizen, the group realizes its time to run.  Asano bravely stand up to Aizen, only to have Afro man come back to get back his katana.  Afro man then releases his shikai and entombs Aizen in stone telling everyone, yet again, to run.  The chapter then ends with the arrival of Gin by Aizen's side. Fairy Tail 193 – All You Living Things

Last chapter, we left things off with Erza fighting Edo-Erza and the arrival of Edo-Fairy Tail about to face off with the army. With the help of Edo-Fairy Tail, they’re able to turn the battle into their favour. Not much really happens here as the main focus of the chapter was the Erza VS Edo-Erza battle. With their fight reaching its climax, both Erza’s decide end it with one last move. Edo-Erza uses her strongest spear form, Saint Spear Ravelt. Erza switches to her Fairy Amor which Edo-Erza assumes to be her strongest form. (Back in the Tower of Heaven Arc, Erza stated her strongest armor was the Purgatory Armor.) Both unleash a powerful attack on one another and shatter each other’s armor and weapon and destroys the floating island they’re battling on. They continue fighting bare fisted while talking about their views on the world with Erza winning the debate. The battle ends in a draw although Edo-Erza admits to losing. The chapter ends with Mystogan revealing his plans to rid the world of magic by using the Anima in reverse.
My Thoughts: Like last chapter, we get quite a bit of fanservice from the Erza battle, not that I’m complaining. I didn’t expect Edo-Erza to be turned “good” but I had a pretty good feeling she’d lose the fight which she kinda did. As for Mystogan’s plan, I doubt he’ll go through with it. I get the feeling Edo-Erza will somehow convince him to reconsider. Next chapter will probably be the conclusion of the Dragon Slayer fight. I really want things to speed along right now and get to the next arc. Be sure to check out our Fairy Tail Thread.
